Our Craft Bakery
Knotts Craft Bakery has been serving customers since 1979. We are a family-run bakery known for our pastries, celebration cakes, breads, and the kind of everyday bakery food people come back for.
We focus on making bakery staples properly, using quality ingredients, experienced bakers, and a production setup that lets us keep standards high day after day.
Our breads, pastries, pies, and cakes are prepared by the Knotts team in Newtownards before being delivered fresh to our stores.

Our Café
Our cafe is based in Newtownards and offers fresh food, coffee, and bakery favourites in a relaxed setting.
It is our largest location and sits inside a spacious Victorian building that gives customers room to stop in, meet, and stay a while.
Our other shops in Holywood, Lisburn Road, Donaghadee, and Bangor are stocked with the products Knotts is known for, including pastries, cakes, breads, and easy takeaway lunch options.
